Kim DeVore is Senior Vice President of Jonah Bank. Always a closet nerd pretending to be a cool banker, she is at home as Chief Financial Officer and proud to be a founding director of Jonah Bank. Kim began her career in banking during high school through DECA and has never considered another profession. Jonah Bank is her ultimate home as it has been an opportunity to partner in developing a community bank ethically centered on “doing what’s right.” She is honored to work in a culture focused on the community and good old fashioned banking. This culture is credited with her honor of being named the 2015 Wyoming Woman of Influence in the Banking and Finance industry.
Kim’s most important roles in life are wife and mother. She and her husband, Fred, live in Casper, Wyoming and have four grown children, ages 23-28. As most Wyomingites, they enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer. Her passion for community blends well with her role at Jonah Bank, as she is active in many organizations. Kim is proud to be on the Wyoming Business Council, while being an active board member for the Central Wyoming Boys & Girls Club Foundation, the Two Fly Foundation and the Wyoming Business Coalition on Health. She was the chair of fundraising and development of WyoTowne at AmeriTowne; a program to teach 5th graders about civic and financial responsibility along with our free enterprise system and their important role in its success. The WyoTowne facility served over 800 Natrona County students last year. The journey to educate every Wyoming elementary school student on the importance of being financially and civically responsible is an important priority for Jonah Bank.
